Shamanic Circle - The Way of the Drum
Next Circle: 2nd Mar – In Person
Fotoula is an experienced shamanic teacher and practitioner who has helped many people find their calling through shamanism and alternative spirituality. She trained with indigenous and western shamans, completed the Shamanic Teacher Training with Sandra Ingerman, and is a member of Global Shamanic Teachers.
What is a Shamanic Circle?
A shamanic circle is a mini shamanic course, lasting two hours. Fotoula Adrimi, shamanic teacher, guides participants through the drum into a shamanic ceremony which includes a journey with the helping spirits to the alternative realities. Each shamanic circle has a theme and an intention, which represents a different aspect of shamanic wisdom.

For the Shamanic Circles – no previous experience of journeying is required as Fotoula will guide everyone in a safe and protected space. If you have a drum or rattle, please bring it along (optional).
What happens in the Shamanic Circle?

You take part in a mini shamanic course and shamanic ceremony from the comfort of your own home. If you wish, you can bring a drum or rattle and join in the singing of sacred songs but this optional, and then have your own unique experience with the helping spirits. People report that they feel transformed after a circle, that they are back into themselves, more centred and have a sense of joy. People have also reported healings, either in themselves or in situations in their life, however such evidence are considered anecdotal.
How long has the Shamanic Circle been running?
Fotoula has been running shamanic circles in person since 2009, and online since March 2020. She has been a shamanic practitioner and teaching shamanism and shamanic courses since 2007. Before Covid, the circle had become a bit of a Glasgow shamanic institution! Now the circle is international with people joining from different parts of the world. In this way our light work spreads to different lands.
