The Essence of Sacred Mysticism of Egypt
Since 2006 Fotoula has been remembering her past life and spiritual work during ZEP TEPI, what the ancient Egyptians called ‘The Initial Time.’ This was the first era, or Golden Time, when human beings were spiritually awake and embodied their luminosity and radiance, like Gods on Earth. Fotoula's helping spirit, Goddess Isis or ISET, who is ever present in her work, lifted the veil of time and taught her how to bring this ancient knowledge back to our times. The spirituality of ZEP TEPI, inherited by pharaonic Egypt, guides us onto a path of spiritual awakening, bringing us home into the Light Being we are.
Fotoula says, "In this book I share the spiritual heritage of the Living Light as I remember it. I include aspects of history, teachings, and personal experiences from communing with the pyramids and monuments of ancient Egypt in this and other lives. Throughout the book I offer historical descriptions of that time, as well as rich explanations of the ancient Egyptian spirituality as it was taught to the initiates and adepts of the temples. I lead the reader through ceremonies, journeys, and spiritual practices that can help them become acquainted with and access the etheric energy and spiritual path of the Living Light."
"The book has three parts. In the first part—Foundation Teachings, I explain how to work with the multi-dimensional nature of our spirit, and I take the reader through important spiritual activations to become aware of their multi-faceted self. I offer teachings about what is hidden in the pyramids and sacred sites. I share a spiritual dimension of the ancient Egyptian ‘book of the dead,’ the journey of 12 hours that describes the double journey of life-death and spiritual awakening-ascension. I guide the reader to meet some of the key beings of light, holding Divine principles with astral connections, who are known to us as the Gods and Goddesses of ancient Egypt.
In the second part I explain the three main paths of Initiation in ancient Egypt. I include a spiritual practice that helps the reader familiarise themselves with the essence of each of these paths.
In the third part, esoterica, I include esoteric and mystical teachings, visualisations, and ceremonies practiced in key temple complexes as well as an initiation journey into the Living Light.
My definition of this ancient spiritual path of Egypt is the Path of HEKA. HEKA is a term that invokes the power of creation, whose other side is unconditional love. This is a path where Divine Power and Divine Love lift us out of the chaotic states into the awakened human who embodies the light of their spirit, thus becoming ‘The Living Light.’"

Starting 28th September, a series of three live webinars based on Fotoula’s new book Sacred Mysticism of Egypt
The three Live Online Webinars are an in-depth introduction into the esoteric knowledge of the ancient Egyptian mystery school, that can be easily and safely transmitted online. The webinars take place once a month, over three months, and they include theoretical knowledge, history and provenance of the esoteric teachings, and a spiritual transmission and practice, to ground the teachings into the participant’s body.
